Report a problem

The quickest way: tap the small bug icon in the top-right corner of the app, say what went wrong, and send. You'll see a note in the app when it's fixed.

A tile is blank

Most blank tiles mean a permission is off. Open Settings → iCorder and allow Location, Motion & Fitness, Microphone, Camera and Bluetooth. Heart rate comes from Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → iCorder.

Some instruments need particular hardware: LiDAR depth needs an iPhone Pro, heart rate needs an Apple Watch, and head tracking needs AirPods Pro or Max being worn.

The screen went dark

That's the proximity sensor: something is covering the top of the screen, and iOS turns the display off, as it does during a call. Uncover it and the screen comes back.
